Explore breath, body, and mind synergy in this 4-week pranayama course. Learn to recognize pose-breath connections, use supported asanas and wall rope work to prepare the body to cultivate energy, and become familiar with fundamental breath patterns. Create a foundation for a simple home pranayama practice, and enjoy benefits including improved capacity for self-awareness, concentration, and relaxation. Prerequisite: at least 3 months’ Iyengar yoga practice. Attend in the studio and/or online.
